I was very impressed with my whole experience from the start to finish when I left the dealership. My sales rep Nathan was very good at listening to what I wanted from the initial conversation over the ph start to finish when I left the dealership. My sales rep Nathan was very good at listening to what I wanted from the initial conversation over the phone and when in person. He was very thorough. and straightforward not wasting my time. When I presented my offer he asked if that would be ok to introduce the manager Seth, who would be reviewing this, I advised that would be fine. As Seth came and introduced himself, I was very impressed as he listened as well to what I wanted. Any questions I had about the special finance rates ,Nathan and Seth went over and made me feel comfortable and not pressured. They were both thorough and straightforward , not wasting my time. They listened to what I wanted , negotiated and made a deal! They made it clear to me they want to earn my business and made it happen in a timely fashion as well. I must say I have never had such a great experience from start to finish in such a a decent time frame with any dealership but here at MotorWerks Infiniti of Barrington IL. If you are looking for a vehicle new or used, definitely go here! I highly recommend Nathan as the sales rep, so be sure to request Overallhim. You won’t be disappointed with him, as he will listen to your needs and do his best to get a desirable offer that will close the deal ! Also , this dealership did give us the best price, as we had been communicating with two others. Overall, I definitely recommend this dealership! I will definitely go here again, when in the market for another car and request Nathan as my sales rep! More
