Where do I begin with this place. The sales rep Adam Brook is manipulative and will tell you lies just to get you to get the car. They told me I could put a deposit on the car that was coming in already so I did was assured that at any point I can get a refund. Next day I decided I did not want the car anymore called him up telling him to cancel it. He told me I could come get my $2,000 deposit. Went to go get my deposit was told that I would not be able to get my deposit because it was actually a delivery fee. Was not mentioned at all that that's what it was. The car was already on it way and was told it was just to put my name on it. After talking to the "General Manager" don't believe he was since he was young and no name tag. They could not give it back. I went to Crown Honda to do business with them. They went out of their way to get Toyota of Tampa my Deposit Back magically the money was there. So please do not come to this place. Go to Crown Honda. More

Mohamad Alrahbi was my salesman and he was great and transparent overall. For him to sell me a BMW X3 it probably took a total of 1 hour of looking over prices and details. Came in on a Wednesday, saw the car, test drove it and wanted it instantly. Mr. Alrahbi went over the price and financing. I personally thought it was too high and told him I’d return to think about the price and do research. I did research, came back that Saturday with a lower set price. He looked it over and was able to work with me and helped me on a lower price. I got a great deal overall and super happy Mr. Alrahbi could help. It was my first time buying a car and it was fast and hassle free, no going back and forth. Liked his honesty and transparency! Treated me very well. Also a big shoutout to Ali Shouman, got me really financing. More
