Walking into the dealership, I really thought I was going to have a great experience. The salesman, Howard, talked very highly about the dealership and especially their service department, so I took his word to have a great experience. The moment I drove off the lot in the used Jeep I purchased, I noticed a noise and immediately called the dealership. They asked me to bring it in the next morning, which I did. After looking at it, I was told the noise was just a “typical Jeep noise.” Unfortunately, that turned out not to be true. I took it to another mechanic, and they were able to confirm that there was, in fact, an issue. I also emailed the service manager to explain my concerns and my experience, and to this day, I still haven't received a response. Yes, they have a beautiful dealership and a nice-looking service department. But when you actually need help after the sale, my experience has been, unfortunately, very different from what was promised. Hopefully others have a better experience, but based on mine, I would definitely think twice before purchasing here. More
