Having an awesome salesperson, who took the time to listen to my needs, to help me pick out the model that would be appropriate, and after the sale, made sure I was able to use the many features....this was most important! I was never hurried, rushed or pressured.... I love my new awesome SEL R-line Tiguan...it is incredible and even better than I ever expected!!!
