After leaving three voicemails for the service department, I finally had to call the sales department to get someone on the phone. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and was able to get m department, I finally had to call the sales department to get someone on the phone. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and was able to get me in for an oil change the next day! When I went to pick up my vehicle, there were four service advisors standing behind their desks. After standing there for a minute or two, I was finally greeted by someone after being ignored the entire time. Everyone in the sales department is always very helpful service not so much. I’ll be taking my vehicle to another dealership when I need service. More
