Roger Pauletta, Joe (manager) & Orlando Service Manager are fabulous!! I could go to a dealership 15 minutes away. BUT instead I drive 1-1/2 hours to go to MB of Orange County. My review of this play is they are terrible. I paid for pre paid maintenance package. I took my car in for service and they wouldn’t honor my plan because the mileage was over by a few miles. I explained that where I live to this place was over 50 miles and I went over the miles driving to them. They still wouldn’t honor it. So I paid for and have been paying for a pre paid maintenance package for nothing. Bunch of crooks. More
