After 24 years, my existing old minivan was declared non-reparable. My choice was to find a replacement with a newer Honda model. In my on-line search I discovered Dover Honda had just the model and c non-reparable. My choice was to find a replacement with a newer Honda model. In my on-line search I discovered Dover Honda had just the model and color I wanted. Upon arrival at Dover Honda, Allan Lepler met me at the entrance and after patiently listening to my current situation; presented my options. He was a pleasure to work with. He covered all aspects of buying from Dover Honda and registering in Massachusetts. He very clearly demonstrated all features of the new Odyssey and even described a route for a test drive. A few hours later I was able to take possession of a new Honda Odyssey and drive it home. This was the most pleasant and satisfying car purchase in my life. Thank you Allan More

Al Lepler was my salesman and I could not be more pleased. He takes his time and listens to what you have to say. He was methodical in his approach and I mean this in the most positive way. After warmly welcoming my wife and I to the dealership, Allan listened to us carefully as we described what we were looking for. He then thoughtfully answered all our questions and then offered to allow us to test drive HIS personal vehicle as no vehicles on the lot matched what we were looking for. He accompanied us and explained the vehicle's features during the test drive. Allowing us to test drive HIS vehicle was extraordinary! Driving the vehicle as he explained the features is what convinced us that this was the vehicle for us - but Allan's personable, knowledgeable, no pressure approach is what resonated most with us. We felt we were working with a friend who sincerely had our best interests at heart. After agreeing to terms of sale, Allan maintained communication with us to let us know where the vehicle was up to it's delivery to the dealership. Even after we received the vehicle, Allan followed up with both email and a call to reaffirm that he would be there for us if any questions came up.
