So, I broadened my search and ended up driving 3 hrs round trip to get my new Hyundai from Samantha at Paramount. I alreday knew exactrlky what I wanted and she told me the vehicle would be available by 3/8 and gave me a weekly update. She is a class act and the office staff was great to work with, no high stress sales tactics, just pure honest to goodness servicing! I highly recommend Samantha and Paramount! More

I’ve had my car for over a year now and I’m still so happy I went through Jose. He even managed my anxiety-induced mother like a pro, which is no small task. I’m a young woman and I was buying a Hyundai Elantra N. I was honestly prepared to be questioned or made to feel silly about it, but that never happened. Not once. He treated me like I knew exactly what I wanted, which I did. I had gone to another dealership before and the car was dirty and the rep couldn’t answer basic questions. The difference in experience was immediate. Jose knew the car inside and out. He answered every question I had and then some. He even came in on his off day to finalize paperwork because I live an hour away and had work in between. That stuck with me. I’m genuinely glad to see he’s still there as a Certified Employee. He made what could have been a stressful process feel easy. If I’m still thinking about the service I received over a year ago even being in the automotive business myself, that says a lot. Hyundai Paramount in Hickory has a very welcoming atmosphere and supportive employees.
