Allie Grant is nothing short of amazing beyond belief! Over the past couple of years, Allie has made my experience of purchasing 3 cars with her (to add to the 5 I had purchased in the past from Ganley Su Over the past couple of years, Allie has made my experience of purchasing 3 cars with her (to add to the 5 I had purchased in the past from Ganley Subaru East) as easy as purchasing a car can be! She's always welcoming, kind, professional, knowledgeable, and centering of the needs of her customers, forging the type of relationship that I have counted on having with Ganley for the past 6 years. I was given Ken Ganley Subaru Wickliffe to go to as part of the Costco Auto Program. It was on the other side of town but I was very happy I travelled there. Allie greeted me at the door and it was the begi of the Costco Auto Program. It was on the other side of town but I was very happy I travelled there. Allie greeted me at the door and it was the beginning of a no hassle, no push, and listening to things important and things not important to my finding the right car for me. She was patient, very knowledgeable and was easy to be with. I test drove an Outback and a Forester, was given the out the door price with the Costco discount, met Joe the Sales Manager. I went home reviewed it, compared pricing, safety features, road noise etc to other cars I was looking at and decided to move forward with the Forester. I came back and sealed the deal, met with finance and I’m extremely pleased with the process and the product. I realized I understand more about features of this car than I ever had after a car purchase. More

They were very friendly and professional. No high pressure. I got a fair deal and they went out of their way to track down the vehicle we wanted.
