This was a pleasant experience. I do think trade in of our Lexus was too low ... but I did not negotiate. Just wanted to wrap up and close deal. The value of the Costco program was not fully clear to us. Although, frankly, had we not gone to Costco I doubt we would have found Subaru Wickliffe and we rather liked the group. Now to see how long term goes! More

Allie was terrific from start to finish. All questions promptly answered. This is my first Subaru and hopefully not my last!! I visited Service for headlight bulb. Giovanni was TERRIFIC.
