I highly recommend asking for Eric if you choose to buy a car here! Eric’s personality just makes the experience enjoyable! The dealership itself isn’t a bad one but each experience we have had I notice we always hit a bump and it can be a bit frustrating in the process. I feel like not enough detail is provided in the process. The finance part of the experience is always frustrating. I don’t recommend working with John Pomroy, he got a bit frustrated with me over the phone and had a bit of an attitude and nobody ever wants to encounter that. I will make sure if I ever return that John is not my finance guy! Jeremy is the finance guy to deal with! I also want to mention Jeff Wallis and thank him for helping us out during our frustration. We have gotten frustrated twice and Jeff was the one to clear up the mess and make us feel at ease! Jeff also keeps a great composure when explaining situations to help make sure you understand everything word from word. Thank you Jeff for being so understanding and helpful! Overall I rate my experience a 4/5. Without Eric a 3/5. More
