My experience with this dealership has always been spot on. From Nixon and that team to Lisa(?) in the loan can department and last but not least, Ally and Bryce(mgr). They have been consistent and thorough in their positions. They make sure you are taken care and discrepancies are resolved in a fair manner(my last visit for example) The concerns I have come from the mechanics/ technicians. 4 times my vehicle has been in your dealership. Pre purchase (certification) and three scheduled service visits. Each time techs have stated my vehicle was in tip top condition when inspected. . And yet when technician Luis inspected my vehicle this 4th visit, he identifies an issue with my braking system that the previous 4 people didn’t. That’s concerning to me for a multitude of reasons. My family thanks Luis for identifying this gross oversight. But again Ally and her manager act swiftly to correct this issue and make it whole. I commend them for going above and beyond. We thank you for the service and hope you take these areas of concern seriously. More

After I booked my appointment online I never received a email confirmation or text confirmation. I had to go back online and chat with someone to confirm the appointment. I gave my number and my name onli email confirmation or text confirmation. I had to go back online and chat with someone to confirm the appointment. I gave my number and my name online but your system kept changing it to my wife’s number. The car is in her name but I was making the appointment and needed the communication not her as she was out of town. Also when I pulled in and the lady started checking me in I was scolded when I told her the miles on the car which was 15k she said you should have brought it in around 10k. I had to explain to her that we leased this car from this dealership which was originally a loaner and it had 6k miles on it when we took ownership of it. I only got the maintenance message 2 weeks ago. I believe the car was serviced before we received it at 6k miles which made the next maintenance around 16k, every 10k miles, which is when I brought the car in for service. The service person should have know this from the service records and not harass me for not bringing it in sooner. I brought the car in within 2 weeks of when the “needs maintenance” alert came on. Jasmin Umanzor was helpful and understanding when I explained we couldn't pick up my car but until Saturday. She was fast getting the paperwork ready for me. Karen was very nice bringing my car to the front (and also when she picked us up at the dealership on April 25 to take us to the airport). After we left the dealership, I noticed that the driver side visor was falling in front of my face as it was before I brought it over to you to get it repaired. I personally asked Ally to have it fixed. She got in my car and saw the broken visor. It was not fixed. We lived almost 3 hours away from Frisco and it is very difficult for me to organize a trip to Crest Volvo having to leave my car with you to get this issue fixed, after you being aware of it and having plenty of time to take care of it. Yes, I am very disappointed and it's frustrating to drive and constantly have to lift the visor away from my forehead while driving! I do want to know how you're going to resolve this problem. More
