BMW of Orland Park will never get another order from me. I have purchased serveral vehicles from them. The last two purchases were awful. I put in a dealer complaint with BMW. I placed an order for a 2025 BMW X5 with air suspension. It was delivered to the dealership on October 31, 2024. The sales manager made a short term decision to sell my custom order to another customer. BMW of Orland Park does not reward customer loyalty at all. Sarim is a terrible communicator. BMWUSA sent me an email thanking for my new order on Nov 2. Sarim excuse was he was off the day the sold the car. He doesn't take care his customers. When I took delivery of my car, Sarim set an appoint for 11 AM. He had me sign a couple of documents. Then walked me order to service area and had me wait 3 hours to get into the finance office. At 12:45 he said I was next up. But, I didn't into the finance office until 1:45. Sarim agrreed I purchased a lot BMW products. I hope he enjoys cashing his last commission check from me.
