I had a disappointing service experience. 1. Oil change and tire rotation- I had to return the vehicle to the service department as the change oil light was not updated. 2. I got a nail in 1. I got a nail in my tire- it would not hold air, so I called AAA to put on the donut. We could not find the lug nut key in the trunk- called the service department to help locate and check if they may have used my key for the tire rotation (see #1) - service said they never us customer's keys, each technician has a master key. 3. Car was towed to dealership- I received a call the next day from Alyssa- the key was in her drawer - the technician's had used it and returned to her- she was covering a couple of desks that week due to sickness and was not aware that the lug nut key was there. 4. Picked up the car after the new tire was installed and was presented with an invoice- I explained I have tire coverage - Ultimate purchased with the vehicle last year. after a phone call it was sorted out. 5. Got the car home, and realized the next day that the tire was put on "inside out"- the tires are directional tires and there is a red dot signifying inside/outside (as well as words on the tire). Back to the dealership on Friday- called first- waited 1.5 hours - I had an appointment in Naples and I could not wait any longer. Left 6. New appointment on Tuesday- 8:15, tire was corrected - in and out in half hour. 7. The Service Department staff was very nice- Alyssa and Andrew- I don't fault them, I am concerned however about the Service technician staff and their supervision - 5 trips to the dealership is a bit excessive! We had the opportunity to work with Nick, again on the purchase of a new vehicle for my wife, and the experience exceeded our expectations again. Nick is so nice and easy to work with, and everything wen purchase of a new vehicle for my wife, and the experience exceeded our expectations again. Nick is so nice and easy to work with, and everything went super nice and smooth. The dealership was nice and clean as usual, friendly staff, and fully loaded amenities, it’s been always a pleasure to do business with them, those guys are awesome and we highly recommend them, especially Nick! Ruben is an excellent representative of the VW product. Answers all question and explains the benefits of each options.
