After having a fantastic experience just a month before for my 2022 Tiguan, hurricane Ian decided to ruin it. Thus, after getting in right away with service for the estimate confirming to my insurance it w for my 2022 Tiguan, hurricane Ian decided to ruin it. Thus, after getting in right away with service for the estimate confirming to my insurance it was a total loss, Ruben and Patty got me swiftly in to a 2023. Ruben pulled all of my paperwork together in no time and Patty made sure all the same terms were met for the loan. It was a huge relief to have it so easily taken care of!
