I went to Tasca trade in my lease after not having a good customer service experience at another Kia dealership. I had an awesome experience working with Luis. He took the time to show me the different model customer service experience at another Kia dealership. I had an awesome experience working with Luis. He took the time to show me the different models that would meet my needs. Luis encouraged me used a tape measure on the backseats of the different models and tested my car seats. When I went to do the final trade in I had to bring my two year old and everyone was sweet to her. Before I left we set up my first service appointment. I am looking forward to using their new lounge while I wait for my car! Luis called me a few days after I bought the car to check in and see if I had any questions about the technology. I’m so happy with my car and will definitely continue to get my future cars through Tasca Kia! More

STAY AWAY. Absolutely horrendous experience. This is a long read and there’s a lot of things I left out. I purchased a 2017 F250 from them for around $50,000. I Absolutely horrendous experience. This is a long read and there’s a lot of things I left out. I purchased a 2017 F250 from them for around $50,000. I went to go take it for a test drive. Chris martin (salesman) warned me that I may hear an air compressor turn on underneath the truck that is equipped for air suspension to assist with towing. (After I purchased the truck and got home with it I discovered it was actually used to power an illegal train horn equipped to the vehicle and Chris andmitted afterward that he lied about it). During my test drive I had no noticeable problems. I loved the truck and we made a deal. The day that I was supposed to pick it up, they found a puddle underneath and found that the transmission lines were leaking. Okay fine, they replaced them and I returned the following week to get the truck. I brought it home and the following morning it was raining, I turned my windshield wipers on and they moved halfway across the windshield and seized in place. They never test the wipers to see if they work. I had to drive 1.5hrs back to the dealership to drop off the truck so they could replace the wiper motor. I only had a 30day warranty for the truck. After the 30 days I encountered a broken sunroof, audio problems, etc. I reached out for help with the sunroof and they declined any help because they don’t care about you after those 30 days as I learned the hard way. The vehicle had inconsistent trouble with starting since I had purchased it but I figured it had been sitting on the lot for a while so maybe the battery or starter was dying. I mentioned it during my warranty period but nobody addressed it when it was at their shop. I have now discovered it is misfiring on start up and when I get it up on the highway on cylinder 4. The motor has low compression and needs to be pulled out and have the internals sorted through. This will cost thousands and I’ve only had the truck for less than 6 months and two weeks of that time was spent sitting in their shop. They refuse to help in any way with this and have no remorse for any of the problems I’ve had. I will never recommend them or step foot on their property again. Can’t stress enough how impersonal and incompassionate these people are. INCLUDING JAIME TASCA who is one of the owners. Absolutely disgusting. More
