The sales department is and finance department fantastic. However, when it comes to the service advisor I had made this a horrible experience. The person never asked if I had a warranty, and fantastic. However, when it comes to the service advisor I had made this a horrible experience. Our sale experience was great , Sales Rep. Mitchelle Hernandez treated us with respect and understanding. She was not at all like your typical sale person. We have met many pushy or aloof sales people Hernandez treated us with respect and understanding. She was not at all like your typical sale person.
