Best experience ever with Tony Viveiros Glad I decided to stick with Lexus thanks to Tony Viveiros. I was originally at Lexus for service. While I waited I was curious to check out the newest cars and of course I fell in love with the 2019 Lexus IS300 FSport Black line edition! A few sales associates seen me but didn’t care to ask if I needed help because I looked young and Tony was the only one that did approach me which I appreciated. He was very patient and answered all my questions and was very polite. He made the process for purchasing the car very easy and broke everything down for me when I was severely confused. When It was time to pick up the car he then took the time to show me all the features in the car and how to use it which I appreciated because I’m not the best at learning new things. Thanks to Tony I do plan on staying with Lexus because of the quality of customer service was amazing and obviously we all know the cars are made to last. For anyone trying to purchase a car definitely reach out to Tony Viveiros!! People need to understand that it isn’t all about looks. You should always treat everyone the same even if they don’t purchase a car it’s worth a shot. I was one of those people. Remember looks may be deceiving. Thanks Tony!! More
