I would expect that when swapping tires, they would be balanced. No one told me they were not. The next day I returned and was charged to balance the tires and I was also told that I needed new back brakes. The pads were almost bare. I bring my car in regularly for recommended service. I also have documentation starting from a year back at least that I thought something was wrong with brakes and I was assured that they were fine. I as well as you are lucky that they did not affect the rotors. We were told that the repairs would take an hour, we were there for over 3. The gentleman who checked us out did deduct $20 for which we are appreciative. However, he yelled about the technicians who were test driving my car. I felt that it was somewhat unprofessional. The shop was closing and I felt that they just kind of booted us out of there. I had also told them that the tire light was on, and it was still on when we left. More
