First off, I would like to say that Amanda went above and beyond for my business. For every hurdle, she not only handled herself very professionally but also put herself in my shoes and went above and beyond beyond for my business. This process, for me, was very smooth. Once I found the car I wanted, she looked into the pipeline and found the exact vehicle I was looking for, and to my luck, it was only a week out. We then put a hold on a car in transit to the dealership, and when it arrived, she sent me awesome pictures of the vehicle. She had the car tinted and polished up for my arrival. When I arrived at the dealership, she greeted me with a smile and a handshake, then proceeded to show me the car and all the features of the vehicle. Her knowledge of the Toyota Rav4 was immense, and she showed me all the features and even took the time to hook up my phone to carplay. When we walked into the office, she had all the paperwork ready. I was maybe in the dealership for about 15-20 minutes before I was driving back home. All in all, I would recommend anyone and everyone to work with her directly. Her sales tactics are customer-based, and she really has the heart to look after her customers and not the bottom line like most sales reps. She was easy to communicate with.
