Amanda checked all the boxes a sales person should to sucessfully sell a product. Amanda is awesome! She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy when "the guys at the desk" created unnecessary stress over our financing. We supplied our info ahead of time and were told everything was good to for us to take possession of our new vehicle. We were at the dealership for over 5 hours while they pushed and pulled us, trying to get more money, only making themselves seem deceitful. Honestly, there were a few moments where we wanted to walk away from the deal, but because of Amanda and her devotion to the customer we were willing to work through it. "The guys at the desk" nearly cost Amanda the sale, and that is completely unfair to both Amanda and the customer. Additionally, thanks to Jimmy for the lively conversation and snacks, he kept us distracted a bit from the stress of the situation. Most importantly though, Amanda is fabulous, straightforward (which doesn't usually exist in car salespeople), and just a joy to be around! Please allow her to assist in the purchase of your next vehicle, you will be well cared for. Love you Amanda!! More

First and foremost, if I can give Amanda more than FIVE STARS, she deserves an unlimited amount! Almost a year today, I purchased my very first Toyota Tacoma from Amanda. I barely had time to enjoy the fir STARS, she deserves an unlimited amount! Almost a year today, I purchased my very first Toyota Tacoma from Amanda. I barely had time to enjoy the first truck she sold me. Amanda has kept in touch with throughout the year not to sell me another truck but simply to check in to ensure I am happy with truck. Although I was not looking for another truck, she reached out to me a couple weeks ago to see if I would be interested in an upgrade from my 2020 Tacoma access cab to a beautiful 2022 TRD Sport double cab in army green. Full transparency, it is because of my first customer service experience with Amanda. I trusted her that I would get a great vehicle for the price and payment I would not get from any other Toyota dealership in Florida. As a result, Amanda delivered service for two birds with one stone!! Not only did I drive away with the best looking truck in the road. My cousins wife drove away in her 2022 Toyota Camry yesterday!!! Unless Amanda calls me one year from today to sell me my 3rd truck. I am going to enjoy and show this baby off! Thank you Amanda for truly being my trusted advisor! I will always and continue to refer friends and family or anyone to you. See you next year!!!
