He was patient, informative, and made sure to provide all the details I needed to feel confident in my decision. Despite the distance, Jhan communicated clearly and kept me updated every step of the way, making sure I felt fully supported throughout the process. Amauri in the finance department was equally fantastic. He was transparent, explained all my options thoroughly, and made the financing paperwork simple and easy to understand.
