Apologies the work was not completed as expected and to your satisfaction. The service advisor generally does a good job with thorough explanation as to scope of work that will be performed and afterwards, what has been performed. Please say something in the future if you run into an issue. This could have been easily remedied most likely on the spot while you were here. This is a very uncommon conversation I have with customers. Please reach out to me directly and I will gladly rotate the wheels/tires and wash your car. No charge for either. Thank you.
