Was told on the phone that I still had an oil change that was covered by my main agreement. After checking in and they began work on my car Amber came out and told me I had used all eligible oil changes and was covered by my main agreement. I had come all the way down from Queensbury for the oil change. Would have had it done up north if I had know I would be charged. More
