They switched around the sales people. I really liked my first sales person. She had to go work something out so a new person started working with me then.I worked out a deal with the 2nd I really liked my first sales person. She had to go work something out so a new person started working with me then.I worked out a deal with the 2nd sales person, but when I went back to get my vehicle to trade in. A sales manager came out and told methe deal it wasn't valid. I had to renegotiate it. That obviously isn’t a good process. I really liked the sales person I was working with.. they need to improve their process . There was confusion on the financing, but I went back and Will resolved all of my issues. More
