HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Jeff Angelina was the worse person I have ever dealt with in customer service . This place sold me a lemon declared a lemon by ford . Jeff cursed me out called me names such as “ignorant “ “ dumb b**xxx” etc I have the recordings and numerous witnesses of his behavior. They sold me a lemon they have lemons on their lots that are not being checked prior to putting out . Sent me the check up of the vehicle after it was declared a lemon mind you I had the car for maybe 20 days paid a car payment for months on a car I didn’t have . This place OFFERED no assistance but to yell and call me a liar. Ken and Nick and the manager the root of this place Kevin Gordon are HORRIBLE and liars and scammers . Do not buy a car from here . We purchased a 2021 Ford Expedition Max on 12/20/2024. Our salesman, Julian, was top notch, very knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. The whole experience took a turn in the finance area. We met with Michael Mallory, and agreed to add a Vehicle Service Contract for $3,995.00. We paid cash. Once we got home, we noticed that he had added in 2 items that we had never discussed, much less agreed to - Recovr Vehicle Location and theft recovery device agreement, and Paint and Fabric Protection and Limited Warranty Contract for a total of $2,298.00, both of which are not required to purchase a vehicle. We emailed him twice asking for an explanation, which he completely ignored and never responded to. We were very disappointed, as we thought we had a decent rapport with him. We never imagined he would pull a stunt like that. Even worse, we wrote an actual letter to Kevin Gordon, the General Manager, and he never responded either. That just goes to show you that not only do they ignore that type of behavior, they actually condone it. Poor ethics from the top on down. If you buy a car from this dealership, be very careful -- they may try to slip something past you as well. I would have given them zero stars, but the actual sales experience with Julian was excellent. Everything that happened after that was extremely disappointing and frustrating. It smacks of stereotypical sneaky car salesman tactics at best, complete deliberate deception at worst. More
The sales experience was good, however, I had an issue after the purchase of a brand new car that I became aware of the next day. I left multiple messages for the GM and getting a return call was impossi after the purchase of a brand new car that I became aware of the next day. I left multiple messages for the GM and getting a return call was impossible. The sales manager and sales person had no desire to try to resolve the issue after they had my money. I will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership. It's important to know that when there is an issue that management actually cares enough to return a call. More
The car was in perfect conditions 10/10. However the dealer was not super helpful. The car included the GPS and he did not notify me it was broken.
