Scummy sales tactics. Amer and Aaron represented Mercedes Benz terribly throughout this transaction. I agreed on a price with Yavar and Marcus and drove 1.5 hours to Amer and Aaron represented Mercedes Benz terribly throughout this transaction. I agreed on a price with Yavar and Marcus and drove 1.5 hours to the dealership to pick up the car. Unfortunately, neither Yavar nor Marcus was working that day, so I was told to deal with Amer and Aaron. Once I arrived, Aaron refused to honor the price I had already negotiated because he was concerned I could pay off the loan early before the dealership received the interest/financing benefit they were expecting. I was willing to keep the financing for the agreed period, but that still wasn’t good enough, so I walked out. Two hours after I got home, I received a call saying they would honor the original deal after all. Yavar and Marcus ultimately made it right, but I wasted an additional 3 hours driving because Amer and Aaron wouldn’t honor a deal that had already been agreed upon. Completely unnecessary and an incredibly frustrating way to buy a car. And after wasting three hours of my time over concerns that I might pay the loan off early, you can bet that’s exactly what I ended up doing. More
