My break light sensor went on to my Mercedes Sprinter, I called service department and they told me to bring it in and they inspected and for sure I needed new front breaks, I’m glad I didn’t need the rotor called service department and they told me to bring it in and they inspected and for sure I needed new front breaks, I’m glad I didn’t need the rotors. Long story short the service was excellent, I am well pleased with their professionalism, their expertise and was out within a couple hours. I would definitely recommend this dealer and will come do all my Sprinter’s services here. Thank you Mercedes dealer service team! More

10/10 service! ! I had the pleasure of working with James Sales and purchasing my first Mercedes Benz with him. I knew exactly what I was looking for and James did a ! I had the pleasure of working with James Sales and purchasing my first Mercedes Benz with him. I knew exactly what I was looking for and James did a very incredible job assisting me. He was very patient with me and what i appreciated the most about James was that he was very considerate of my situation (full time nursing student) and was determined to still get me what I came for. When it came to purchasing the car he got me the best rate I could ask for and honestly for whatever road blocks came up, James was involved and proactive throughout the whole process. I truly felt involved and aware of every step we made and it was a pleasure working with James!!! More
