After agreeing on a fair price and generous tradein value they had to dealer trade for the mustang I wanted. This process went smoothly and upon delivery the vehicle was immaculate. As for employees I worked with Russell who was possibly the nicest and most bearable salesman Ive ever met, very polite and respectful to customers while never coming across as pushy or overbearing. Amir the manager is an honorable man of uncommon integrity and by the end of the interaction he had earned my respect. Let me explain. During price negotiations the dealership incorrectly applied a $500 aged inventory rebate to the vehicle I was purchasing. This mistake was not caught until after the final sale of the vehicle and Rick (who I imagine is excellent at selling gap) slyly attempted for me to "resign." The issue was dealt with very quickly by Amir who did not hesitate to let me go with the vehicle at the price we agreed upon. Any man of lesser integrity would have pressured me to resign but instead Amir gave up $500 in profit to do what was morally upstanding. Im not certain if Ford dealerships have manager awards but I couldnt imagine a manager more deserving than Amir. More
