It was a positive experience, which can’t be said for all car shopping experiences. The atmosphere is upbeat and people seemed generally happy, which I hope means the staff are well-paid and have a healthy and positive working environment. My neighbor referred me to Honda of Kenosha, where he and his wife bought two used vehicles. They’ve told me of their good experiences with the sales and service departments, including use of the shuttle to go shopping while their vehicle is being serviced. More
