Jesus did not work with us. I believe Ken did. Either he did not understand our questions or thought we would not look at final pricing. We asked on numerous occasions if the nu I believe Ken did. Kept on saying yes but it was not. When we got to sign final paperwork it was almost 10000 more than quoted. More

Highly disappointed. After telling them we would be there at a certain time (as we drove 60 miles) and them saying they’d have the car prepped and ready for us it took at After telling them we would be there at a certain time (as we drove 60 miles) and them saying they’d have the car prepped and ready for us it took at least 20 minutes to get the car ready. Then during purchase we were promised a full tank of gas which didn’t happen. I was shocked when the fuel indicator came on. Would not have made it home had I not stopped for gas. Neither salesperson we encountered seemed to care if we were there or not. Vehicle was $27,900 on auto gurus but when we sat down there were “surprise” already installed add ons to the tune of $5k! Felt slimy and pretty sad actually that that is how you sell cars. Made websites with clear pricing like carmax seem like the better option going forward David actually struggled with basic math (his words “gorilla math”) and kept telling us $35k after we had agreed to no more than $30k ish and had lines through the random $5k of extras. Was the first time I ever paid cash for a car. Sadly the whole experience left me not excited by the time I drove off the lot. More
