I probably will not purchase another vehicle from Honda of Kenosha, sadly, due to these reasons. *Hidden costs, some of which are non negotiable *Low balling trade in value *interest rate was another of Kenosha, sadly, due to these reasons. *Hidden costs, some of which are non negotiable *Low balling trade in value *interest rate was another issue which included a fib about buying down the interest rate but yet our monthly pmt quote never changed which tells me the interest rate was never "bought" down. ...and then the icing on the cake was being told I'm the one making it difficult because I wouldn't agree with the dealer “negotiations”. My only regret is not walking away from the deal and been more patient to find a more honest dealership. On the flip side, so far I love my vehicle and our sales rep was thorough on making the sale and showing us all the necessary features. More
