Palmetto Volkswagen calls us to give us a special offer on the car we are looking for. They called us 4 times! Made an appointment, confirmed all the figures before heading out. We get to dealer and the person who had called us was not even a salesperson. They could not give us anything close to what they had promised on the phone. Wanted $3,500 down payment and over $250 more a month than what they had quoted us. And on top of that, when we were leaving, one of the managers tells us sarcastically “if you leave now don’t think you’ll come back and get the same deal”. Seriously? Do you really want to treat your customers with such disdain and sarcasm? We drove over to Doral Volkswagen and got a much better deal and with a professional. We have now dealt with 3 VW dealers, Palmetto, South Miami, and Doral and will only deal with Doral from now on. More

I purchased a Certified pre owned vehicle. Everyone is very friendly, however at a simple test drive is very hard to find things wrong with a car. After delivery i found a bad vibration at highway speeds. After many many times the dealer still cant fix the problem. Now they say can't help me anymore. The service department says that its normal for a used car to have vibrations. I finally spoke to the general sales manager and he told me that if I don't like their service department, just to take it to a different dealer. Very Very disappointed More
