Typical used car experience with dealership trying tricks to make the most money. They wanted to say our trade-in was worth less due to a ding on an after market truck bed cover - pleeease! Vehicle was not to make the most money. They wanted to say our trade-in was worth less due to a ding on an after market truck bed cover - pleeease! Vehicle was not cleaned well before pickup and we had to bring it back to get items repaired, which was a process to get scheduled (three phone calls). The layout of the dealership is horrible. They need a second exit if they are going to have the repair shop located where it is. Lots of chaos dropping vehicle off for the repair. Overall, not impressed with dealership experience. More

Victory Toyota was easy to work with and went above and beyond to deliver the right vehicle in perfect condition. Our salesman Mike Indelicato was exceptionally knowledgable and easy to work with and alwa beyond to deliver the right vehicle in perfect condition. Our salesman Mike Indelicato was exceptionally knowledgable and easy to work with and always friendly and very helpful. We wouldn’t want to work with any one else and have purchased several vehicles from Mike. It was impressive to meet Miles the new manager and know that he was helpful in finding the right vehicle. Amy is wonderful to work with in financing and really knows that end of the business! Just a great buying experience with knowledgeable and EXPERIENCED team! More
