Wonderful Experience We certainly had a wonderful Family experience at Bourne's, Very friendly and knowledgeable. It was actually a pleasure to work with your Sales and We certainly had a wonderful Family experience at Bourne's, Very friendly and knowledgeable. It was actually a pleasure to work with your Sales and Finance Professionals. They were very cordial and appreciative of the business. One thing I noticed is they never said "No Problem",....cause helping a customer, and answering questions should NEVER be a problem. -- Awesome job, and kudos to the Bourne's team. Thank You More

I dealt with Scott and Shawn and they both could not have been nicer or more professional. I went to one other dealership and the whole experience was typical sales and very uncomfortable, which you won't find at Bournes. They are very upfront and honest and there's absolutely no pressure. I highly recommend Scott and Shawn and would definitely buy from here (and them!) again. I do have ONE minor complaint. When I have the heater on it's really loud and annoying. It's been like that since I've had the car. It's like a shrieky, whistley sound. I called Bournes and had it looked at yesterday and OF COURSE it wasn't making the sound so I looked like a total dope. The ONE day it decides it's going to cooperate. They were very nice and still looked at the blower motor and changed the filter and said there was nothing wrong and everything else looked good. Ok cool. I didn't care as long as it wasn't making it that sound I was fine. So the whole day it was perfect and didn't make the sound at all which was great but today it's back and just as loud as it was before. If the sound was there when they looked at it and just said oh that's just how it is, I would have been like ok and gotten over it, but since it wasn't making the noise yesterday, and is making it again today, to me that means that something isn't right. The heat works perfectly and I've tried all the different settings and temperatures to see if that would make a difference but nope. I'll turn it on to heat up my car but not for long because the noise is wicked annoying. Still highly recommend, though! I should have tried the heater during my test drive. I guess the excitement of getting a new car just took over. More

Poor customer service, per the dealer's own policies. I emailed this dealer about a vehicle they had advertised. It had been advertised for 3 days. Two of those 3 days were over the Christmas holiday week I emailed this dealer about a vehicle they had advertised. It had been advertised for 3 days. Two of those 3 days were over the Christmas holiday weekend when the dealership was closed. I emailed them on Christmas, I did not expect an answer that day obviously! I received an automated email that a representative would respond in an hour, so I expected to hear from them in the early a.m. on Monday, they opened at 9 a.m. I received an email at 4:32 pm on Monday telling me that the vehicle was not available, a deposit had been received for the vehicle. I do not finance vehicles, I am a cash buyer and told them so. They did not have the courtesy to abide by their own stated response policy. I doubt that they received a deposit for the vehicle over the Christmas weekend, but stranger things have happened. After reading all of the other reviews by other customers I am not surprised at this behavior. Mr. Kelley don't bother with any disingenuous platitudes, save your time for some other customer's apology! P.S.--6:22 P.M. vehicle is still listed for sale on their website as well as Car Gurus, interesting! 12-27-16 10 a.m. vehicle still listed on website for sale, interesting! Mr. Kelley there is nothing to discuss and I did read all the reviews. It is what it is. Have a nice day. There will be no more contact. More

When we arrived on a busy Saturday she came out to greet us promptly and never rushed us. We looked over the trucks in the lot and when those did not meet our specifications, she was able to bring another over that was being worked on which was exactly what we were looking for! We next meet with a finance manager, David, who gave us clear straight forward options. The process was quick and easy, we will definitely be purchasing from Bournes again! More

This used car dealership is the best without a doubt. We were searching for a good used car 2 to 3 years old with less than 36k miles. Our neighbor bought a Cadillac SRX recently from Bourne's Auto Center We were searching for a good used car 2 to 3 years old with less than 36k miles. Our neighbor bought a Cadillac SRX recently from Bourne's Auto Center and highly recommended them. We spent a month looking at Bourne's, no pressure, just find what works best. We must have driven 10 cars (SUVs). As a USAA Car Buying Service customer, we first dealt with Amy Pawlowski (in charge of internet sales). Since our neighbor bought a car from Trey Hubbard, we used Trey as our point person and salesman who eventually sold us our car. Trey was a true professional, knowledgeable, no pressure, great people skills. He arranged for us to test drive any car we wanted, responded immediately to my emails and answers all our questions. If he didn't know the answer he knew where to go to get the answer. From Amy to Trey to Andrew to Carlos (the business manager), I can't say enough good things about these people and the Bourne's dealership. They are the best at what they do. More

A Wonderful experience at Bourne's Amy Pawlowski was my salesperson during my car shopping, and she was terrific. I will definitely send other friends to her purchase a vehicle in the future, and I'll not hesitate to return for future cars. My sincere thanks to Amy and also to Shawn Saunders for helping me with financing. A special thank you to Amy for getting a manual for my car, which it didn't have! More

Exceptional service Right from the time I entered the showroom, everyone was so helpful. My salesperson was trey. He stayed late the first day to show me the cars I was i Right from the time I entered the showroom, everyone was so helpful. My salesperson was trey. He stayed late the first day to show me the cars I was interested in. Throughout the week I went back and forth on the phone with him trying to make the right choice for a car that my granddaughter would like. He was very patient and no pressure at all. When he was not available, I was switch over to Amy. Amy was super helpful sending me info about cars I might like and even went out on the lot to check the condition and room in the cars that I was considering. They both understood my needs and what my granddaughter needed for her family. It was time to close the deal on a car we thought would work. But when talking to the manager, Shawn, I decided to make a change and there was no problem. For them it was just change the paperwork and make sure we were happen with our car selection. Patient and helpful! I love this place. I hate dealerships usually, the high pressure, being trapped at a desk, let me get my manager bull crap! This is the opposite of I love this place. I have been there on many occasions and John Benner was so patient and helpful. I drove every 7 passenger SUV on the lot and a few of them multiple times and never had any pressure. I love the no haggle price policy and would definitely recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a high quality used car. More
