This place is an absolute rip off joke , they will lie This place is an absolute rip off joke , they will lie to you and tell you whatever you want to hear to buy a car they promised me I can take my truc This place is an absolute rip off joke , they will lie to you and tell you whatever you want to hear to buy a car they promised me I can take my truck I bought from them to my mechanic and if there was anything wrong within 15 days they would fix it lying xxxxxxx Anthony the sales manager do not trust a word he says , I took it to my mechanic the next day cause a sensor came on , all the tire sensors were bad , the front windshield had a crack the tires were dry rotted ,was missing a front left drivers side splash guard thag they zip tied onto the truck, they spray painted the rust which is now showing , and the truck has a bent hitch. When I called the sales woman who sold me the car she transferred me to Anthony , and it would go to voicemail every time , I finally went in threatening I wanted my money back and or fix the sensors at least and the window , also it didn’t have any Foot Matt’s in a truck who does that. Please stay away they will promise u the world and sell you a lemon .Stay away complete xxxxxxxx More

Poor ethics and frustrating buying experience. I would leave zero stars if this was an option. After purchasing a vehicle from this dealer, they failed to submit necessary information to register I would leave zero stars if this was an option. After purchasing a vehicle from this dealer, they failed to submit necessary information to register the vehicle. They often refuse to return phone calls. I've been hung-up on and even yelled at by the employees. My temporary permit has expired and I still do not have information regarding status of my registration. They offered a new temporary permit, but still could not provide registration information. In summary, once you've paid, your business is no longer a priority for Elite Motors Inc. More
