No Pressure, No Hassle! Great Customer Service! My wife and I weren't in the market for a new vehicle until an unfortunate accident totaled our last vehicle. She wanted to try something new and had always liked the looks of Subaru so we decided to drive through the lot on a Sunday. As we were looking at the new Foresters a gentleman came walking up to us and asked if we had any questions. Surprised that someone was working at the dealership, we talked and he gave us all the info we needed on the Foresters. Come to find out he was on the Maintenance crew and went out of his way to politely approach us and offer assistance. Awesome! We were sold on this Dealership from that point. Started dealing with Andre that next Tuesday and felt Zero pressure to buy. He was very personable and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We bout our first Subaru that next week. Jimmy got us through the paperwork within minutes and we were out the door. Great staff and neat dealership! Will definitely recommend them to anyone! Thanks again. More

I went to My Subaru and worked with Andre Coffee and had a great experience. I had a car bought within a day and when I went to pick it up and sign for it they even lowered my interest rate. Mr. Coffee does not stop working for the customer when they walk out the door. More

The experience with the finance person was not as good. He was rushing threw the paperwork saying he had customers stacked up. He did not take any time to explain things, just kept shoving papers at me to sign. I did not like the sales pitch to purchase services such as simonizing after the price had already been set. Per internet reviews this additional service is not worth the price at all. Andre did a great job going over the car features before I left and that was really helpful. More

Needless to say we weren't in the market for anything else as a replacement. Just like the first time around, Andre negotiated our deal via emails, and we were done within an hour. Picked it up the next day, signing paperwork within an hour with no hassle whatsoever. I referred my daughter here a few months ago, and I will do likewise for anyone that's taking car buying within earshot. More

He went above and beyond with customer service - not only did he help me get the new Subaru that was right for me, there was no pressure, and he did a great job managing expectations. Andre recognized that I needed temporary transportation until my new vehicle was ready. He got me a loaner car from the dealership and I didn't even have to ask! Andre also helped me find an aftermarket moonroof installer, since this was a feature I wanted, but was not available with the package I bought. When my car was delivered, Andre personally paired my phone to Starlink and went through all the new features for me. Thank you, Andre, and My Auto Imports Muskegon for a great car purchase experience! More

I had a FANTASTIC experience working with Andre Coffee! I am going to school about two hours away from this dealership in Indiana, but Andre got me a great deal on the exact car I wanted. My situation was a little more difficult as I needed the car to be titled and taxed in California. Andre figured everything out for me, was straight forward, friendly and very helpful. Even though I lived out of state and had a two hour drive each way to get to the dealership, it was definitely worth the trip! Andre was very professional and helpful, and we got the entire deal done in only a few days and when I finally arrived at the dealership everything was ready to go as he had told me. Just signed a few papers and was on my way. I highly recommend working with Andre at My Auto Import Center! Additionally, everyone else I worked with was fantastic and helpful! No nonsense, they helped get exactly what I wanted at an exceptional price. Jimmy and Dave were also great and helped me finalize the deal quickly while answering all my questions! More
