Andre was a very busy guy but made us feel like We just purchased our new Subaru from Andre Coffee.W e showed up on a Saturday without an appointment. Andre was a very busy guy but made us feel like we were his only priority. He went out of his way to find us exactly what we wanted in a couple of days and made the buying process so easy on us. We appreciated meeting the service manager and the time he took with us. Dealership is clean, comfortable, inviting and the employees we encountered were friendly and polite. I needed to find a car that would fit my needs ASAP as I drive and do home visits for my daily job. I had been to other dealerships to test drive and was bombarded with pressure and needless anxiety. I went to MyAuto Imports to look for a subaru and felt no pressure. I felt like I was in a good environment where they were also looking out for my best interest, not just making a profit on the most expensive car. I ended up being able to get my first brand new car, which I never thought would happen. I actually drove 1.5 hours to get my car from this dealership and would do so again in the future. Painless experience After doing our research and test driving vehicles for 5 months, we decided that we wanted to test drive a turbo model before making the decision to b After doing our research and test driving vehicles for 5 months, we decided that we wanted to test drive a turbo model before making the decision to buy it. Our local dealer didn't have any and wouldn't get one without a deposit but they did give us the name of My Import. So on a snowy Saturday, we made the 2+ hour treck. From the moment we walked in the door, we were very impressed. They had 3 different versions of the vehicle we wanted to test drive, not to mention an impressive selection of other vehicles. We went in there with the intention of bringing our business back to our local area but no only did My Import come in with a price a few thousand under what our local dealer offered, they also have that terrific lifetime power train warranty. Andre was great in that he wasn't over bearing and pressuring us, answered all our questions and was able to give us what we wanted without us even having to haggle. It made the experience of buying a new vehicle the pleasing experience it should be! Thanks Andre! More
