What I could expect to improve over my current Baja, what would features would not be the same, and what I could expect to be very similar in my new Crosstrek. This is my forth Subaru and I am VERY pleased. Andre was very accommodating to my needs, always available by e-mail and text messages. That was very helpful with my busy schedule. Always smiling, and remained in contact and available while waiting for our car to arrive. There was no pressure when we went to test drive one to see if it was right for our family. He showed us the car to see if we had any questions about any features, and then handed us the keys and told us to enjoy it. His communication during the whole process was impressive, and he even let us know if he was out of the office for the day if we had a question, and then would always followup with answers the next day he worked. Delivery was awesome. He obviously knows his product, and was very willing to take as much time as we wanted for questions and showing us features on the car. He paired our cell phones to it, and garage door opener, and showed us how safety systems worked. We live closer to a different Subaru dealership, and Andre was the primary reason we chose to drive to Muskegon for our purchase. We will refer friends and family to him without any concerns, and feel good knowing that they are well cared for. More
