I really enjoyed working with Ana. My only disappointment was what the sales manager gave me for my two trades. She was able to get me a little more in some other areas so I left in My only disappointment was what the sales manager gave me for my two trades. She was able to get me a little more in some other areas so I left in my new car pleased and excited. I would still recommend Lexus Sarasota as I had tried dealing with Lexus Wesley Chapel near my home and quite honestly they didn’t seem much interested when I didn’t purchase the only car they had in stock which was not the color I wanted nor did I want the “sport” version. The team at Sarasota overall a much happier experience! More

Ana was outstanding in my trying to find the right Lexus SUV. She and I have been trying to find the perfect Lexus for several months. She has been very professional in her dealings with me and gave me insi SUV. She and I have been trying to find the perfect Lexus for several months. She has been very professional in her dealings with me and gave me insight into the NX, RX, and UX SUVs (both new and Certified Pre Owned) with pluses and minuses for each one based upon my wanting a cost effective SUV to basically drive in Venice and the state of Florida. After several meetings with Ana, my wife and I purchased a new 2023 Lexus UX 250h. The purchasing process and financing were stress free. Chris Carter was very professional during the financing process. In addition, Tanner Stempel was very helpful in the service department regarding the 2023 UX 250h and also my 2021 Lexus RX 350. Everything up to yesterday was perfect. Ana is a dream. However when I was stranded at work last evening that was a nightmare!! Solution is a new alternator. Then to top it all off I understand the dealership will make partial payment to be replaced. This will be several hundred dollars that I cannot afford! I’m very upset regard this issue More
