I really enjoyed working with Ana. My only disappointment was what the sales manager gave me for my two trades. I would still recommend Lexus Sarasota as I had tried dealing with Lexus Wesley Chapel near my home and quite honestly they didn’t seem much interested when I didn’t purchase the only car they had in stock which was not the color I wanted nor did I want the “sport” version. After several meetings with Ana, my wife and I purchased a new 2023 Lexus UX 250h. The purchasing process and financing were stress free. Chris Carter was very professional during the financing process. In addition, Tanner Stempel was very helpful in the service department regarding the 2023 UX 250h and also my 2021 Lexus RX 350.
