Ana and the entire team at Lexus of Sarasota were fantastic! Ana is a great sales person with a very relaxed but helpful style. Ask for her! Also the management team (I worked with Jack) and finan fantastic! Ana is a great sales person with a very relaxed but helpful style. Ask for her! Also the management team (I worked with Jack) and finance team (I worked with Chris) were very helpful with zero pressure tactics. The entire experience was pleasant and not at all what you would expect from the car buying experience. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Everything up to yesterday was perfect. Ana is a dream. However when I was stranded at work last evening that was a nightmare!! Solution is a new alternator. Then to top it all off I understand the dealership will make partial payment to be replaced. This will be several hundred dollars that I cannot afford! I’m very upset regard this issue More

I've been a Lexus owner since 2007. I love the brand and had a wonderful experience at Lexus of Tampabay in 2007. Lexus of Sarasota proved to be the exact opposite. I was charged mor I love the brand and had a wonderful experience at Lexus of Tampabay in 2007. Lexus of Sarasota proved to be the exact opposite. I was charged more than what I had agreed to pay and unfortunately, I did not catch it on my contract because sales tax was included on the sales price line (buyer beware, do the math!). I was assured by Shaun Mathis, Sales Leader, they would resolve my concern and 2 months later I cannot get him to answer my emails. All I can do at this point is chalk it up to a lesson learned and certainly warn others to be very thorough when dealing with them (or choose another Lexus dealership). Their practices have left me extremely disappointed. The 5-star reviews are begged for so it's no surprise to see how many there are. UPDATE: I was contacted by Lexus of Sarasota and they resolved my issue. I appreciate their responsiveness to my concerns and would certainly recommend them to potential buyers. They genuinely care about their customers. While it took a bit to get to the right person, the ultimate display of their client commitment was evident in their follow-up. More
