I bought a 2021 Highlander. My car had problems with the breaks , we didn’t notice in the test drive because was raining and the test drive was for a little time. I went a coupl My car had problems with the breaks , we didn’t notice in the test drive because was raining and the test drive was for a little time. I went a couple of times to the dealership to explain, and I was told the rotors were going to be changed, and the tires were going to be review, they only changed 2 rotors with the cheapest. Tires continue the same and I have to buy new ones because is not 100 % save. They think that I wouldn’t notice only 2 rotors were changed. I was told to call if I continue with problems, I emailed 2 times and I haven’t received any response. Customer service was horrible. Don’t buy cars from there. And read very well the paperwork, some extra dealership fees were included. About $3000 more than expected , which included inspection that in other words I paid to have a car with breaks problems and not good tires. 😫 More

DO NOT SHOP HERE! The managers are running a scam and stealing customers money. They are making false promises that wind up costing their customers hundreds, if not thousands of dollars. We purchased a hybrid minivan from here in June 2023. During negotiations we discussed the charger cable, which they claimed the vehicle had but then they couldn’t find it. The manager on duty told us “Don’t worry about it. We will get you one.” Since we purchased the vehicle, I have called once a week asking for an eta on the charger. Today, this female manager on duty told me, “We don’t have to get you one. You need to buy it yourself,” and hung the phone up on me. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. Take your business somewhere else! DO NOT SHOP HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!! More

I visited Kia Greenway West in Orlando on Saturday, May 20, 2023 to look at the 2023 GT Line Stinger and test drive the vehicle. Juan Villafane helped me with the test drive as well as preliminary numbers 20, 2023 to look at the 2023 GT Line Stinger and test drive the vehicle. Juan Villafane helped me with the test drive as well as preliminary numbers because I was sold on the vehicle and wanted to purchase it. I am a well qualified buyer with a credit score of nearly 800, a high paying career and minimal debt. I would qualify for any of the programs KIA had to offer. I visited Greenways website and filled out a question form for my trade in. I was trading in a 2010 Mercedes C300. I kept in touch with Juan throughout the week and let him know I would bring my vehicle on Friday, May 26, 2023 after work. As arranged I brought my car in to be inspected and after we would go over the numbers. The numbers we discussed were based on my internet price of $444 per month. Juan agreed to that price with $5000 cash down on May 20th via text message. The internet offer for my trade in was $5561 but after Juan consulted the person he referred to as his manager they now offered $4561 and $465 per month but now they wanted $7000 cash down! I told Juan I was not interested in that offer. He walked away to consult people huddled around a counter top and then came back with his “manager” who proceeded to call me a liar about my Mercedes. He accused me of lying about being in an accident with the car. I told him we were through talking after being called a liar. I told the manager I would take my business to a different dealership. The manager had the audacity to insult me further by yelling at me to go to another dealership and be "honest" about my vehicle. I told him I was done talking and proceeded to leave. The manager followed me out to my car in a very threatening manner and got in my face telling me something about the hood of my car being misaligned. I told him the discussion was over as far as I am concerned. He proceeded to tear up the deal in front of me and I got in my car and left. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. Juan was great and deserved the sale. This “manager” cost Juan his commission and I would be shocked if I was the only one this manager has done this to. If you’re in the market for a KIA, go anywhere other than this dealership. It is toxic! More

These people are unresponsive and unhelpful. Worst new car buying experience I've ever had. I would not return to this dealer for anything. I purchased a 2023 Kia Telluride on February 3rd from Greenway Kia West. The vehicle itself was great and the transaction seemed to proceed smoothly at the beginning. However, Greenway Kia West has failed to submit the paperwork to my county clerk in Tennessee for registration. I made attempts to contact the company on February 27th, March 1st, March 3rd, and today, March 7th to attempt to remedy the situation. Each attempt at contacting them has involved speaking with multiple individuals who transfer me to others who don't answer their phones and have a full voicemail. Anytime I ask to leave a message, no one calls me back. I have managed to speak with a few sales folks including Jonathan (my sales person) who say they will try to help but no action. I have been able to speak with Farid, the finance manager I worked with on the sale on 3 occasions over the past week but again no action. On February 27th, he told me it was all electronic and would be done the next day--it was not. Then on March 3rd he said they were having trouble with my paperwork and would next day air me another temporary registration before mine expired on March 4th. It is now March 7th and I have not received the promised temporary tag. On March 7th, I again spoke with Farid who indicated he would contact me by the end of the day with the resolution. He did not. All it would take to resolve this issue is for the dealership to send the necessary paperwork (eg., certificate of origin, bill of sale, sales tax) to my county clerk in TN. As is, I now possess a very nice vehicle which is illegal to drive on the road. More
