Never purchase a vehicle here. I wish I read reviews more carefully before purchasing. I purchased a vehicle from them on September 5. It is now November 7th and I still do not I wish I read reviews more carefully before purchasing. I purchased a vehicle from them on September 5. It is now November 7th and I still do not have the correct paperwork to get my car registered. Unfortunately, I live out of state and cannot show up in person to get this resolved. I have contacted Greenway Kia West over a dozen times, each with different answers/solutions but never getting what I need. I have now been told 4 separate times that my registration paperwork was being overnighted to me but here I am, wasting time complaining on a review site because I feel helpless. I feel like I’ve been scammed. I have called so many times to be patched through to an extension that goes straight to voicemail which the voicemail box is full so I can’t even leave a message. To then call back and get patched through to another extension which has the same outcome. I’ve been hung up on multiple times as well. Every time I ask for the general manager, Alberto Ahumada, I get the same answer that he is with a customer or in a meeting and will give me a call back. I yet to have received a call back. I have also emailed many people including Mr. Ahumada with no response. I’m sure this review will get a response from him stating what all bad reviews state which is email them directly to get a resolution. All false claims to save face online. If they actually resolved customers issues, I bet half of their bad reviews would not even be posted. The Better Business Bureau has an official complaint which I hope will help me get this resolved. More

I prefer dealing with a service department that I can trust. Be honest with your customers at all times. The service interval mileage is outdated and does not correlate with the owner manual service inte trust. Be honest with your customers at all times. Thirty minutes later she responded and I had to walk over to her to check out. I also had to review the paperwork to see what was done and upon reading, i found out that I would need to return for recall SC280 because the part needed to be reordered. I asked her how long I had to wait and she said that someone from parts would call me in a couple of days. Had I note read the correspondence I would have never known because she failed to let me. I had signed and keys were in my hand and something told me to read what was done to my car and check my oil level before leaving because I had oil issues with my previous 2016 Kia. After waiting hours for an oil change, it was never done and my oil light came on. My car also stop in the middle of traffic while turning and the oil light came on within days of being serviced. This could have been tragic. Kia has an known issue and refuse to admit there is a problem with their engine and oil consumption. Take ownership and replace engines or put your customers in a new car. Trust and reliability means everything to me. More
