Kareem was so great to work with, very helpful and kind, i adored him ! This was the most friendly dealership environment I’ve ever been in! I loved every minute and the best part was I didn’t spend the entire day there, I was in and out in less than 2 hrs!! My old car 2024 Kia K5 GT line needed service so I left I at the service department headed over to the dealership not for a new car just to hand some business with them. The general manager and finance manager Did not hesitate to come and assist me with my problem . Meanwhile, the service department keep giving me updates on my old 2024 car. Let me tell you the experience I had. I walked out Kia with a 2025 brand new Kia K5 GT line car I have no words I can’t even express my feelings of how they handle a situation with my problem and I bow down my head to the management team and Kareem, who was outstanding outstanding outstanding making sure I understand and everything was going well with me Carr make sure he explained he keep me updated. He did not walk away without coming and letting me know what’s going on. He sat with me had conversations made me feel at home. Make me feel welcome like I’m a family of Kia. I wanna say thank you are a outstanding phenomenal well driven salesman and I would like everyone to give him a round of applause. I honestly can’t put into words how great it was! Such a smooth and stress free process it was so refreshing! Everything was fantastic!! I absolutely love my new car! I will never buy a car from anywhere else as long as I live or any other city!! Probably the worst car buying experience in my life. First, they sold me a used car and it turned out to already be rusting. Mind you this car had less than 5,000 miles and was sold new in Feb. When I tried to return the vehicle they refused to refund my deposit, forcing me to either loose my deposit or purchase a new car. I finally got my new car, but the features they said the car had were only available as an upsell. Not included as the sales person said. Lastly, the EV vehicle that I purchased in the end didn’t even have the charger. They were nice enough to send that along when I called them. Overall, poor experience from the initial contact. More
