I visited the showroom on Saturday to see the general manager Byron Brisby Jr, he then assigned me with Anatoliy. I was actually glad he did since he seemed to come highly recommended by his reviews and manager Byron Brisby Jr, he then assigned me with Anatoliy. I was actually glad he did since he seemed to come highly recommended by his reviews and was hopefully to work with him. Anatoliy made the whole process seamless from beginning to end. He also stuck around after to make sure everything was perfect till I pull out the lot. About 5 mins after I left the lot, I had a cracked windshield possibly from a rock, I called Anatoliy right away who immediately took care of the issue. I am glad he was my sales advisor and definitely will work with him again in the near further. After shopping around I had a great feeling this was going to be the dealership I buy it from when I walked in and he made sure it was. I felt very comfortable working with him, he did not try to up sell or down sell me for his own benefit and wasn’t pushy at all. I highly recommend anyone looking for a BMW to visit Flemington BMW and ask to see Anatoliy. He sure will make sure you are well taken care of. He made me a customer for life! More
