I had a very disappointing experience with Andrew Coleman. He was rude and unpleasant throughout the conversation, repeatedly cut me off while I was trying to explain my issue, and refused to transfe Coleman. The interaction was unprofessional, and I was left feeling unheard and frustrated. If this is indicative of how Lexus of Wilmington treats potential customers, then I'm not interested in doing business there. Customer service should be respectful and professional from the very first interaction, and unfortunately, that was not my experience. More
