My original salesperson departed the dealership shortly after I put down a deposit for my new vehicle. Troy stepped in and could not have been better at thoroughly updating me at every step of the process. His consistent messages guided my expectations and he was patient to answer any and all questions that I had along the way. And the excellent service did not stop there. When my vehicle arrived at the dealership, Troy came in on his day off to accommodate my busy schedule. He walked me through all of my new vehicle's features to make sure I was comfortable. And in the days after I brought my new 350 RXh home, Troy made sure that all was going well and to answer any remaining questions that I had. Now THAT is top level service! I also wanted to recognize the excellent service I received from the finance department with Djibril Semega (DJ) and Rob Dollar.
