I’ve never had such a wonderful experience purchasing a car. Chris wa very helpful. She answered all of my questions and gladly encouraged me to test drive whatever models I wanted. When I returned on Friday to purchase a car it was her day off but her manager Andre was happy to assist my husband and me. We purchased a 2025 Outback LTD XT. Andre was great and as speedy as possible. We decided to finance since Subaru was offering a great rate. Marissa in finance was a gem. She and I were making jokes while waiting for paperwork and approvals to go through. I enjoyed my experience with them so much I’m looking forward to working with their service department. Couldn’t have been an easier ordeal and such a relief to not feel pressured into anything. My car wasn’t even on the lot and they went through the trouble to go get it for us just so we could see it firstha not feel pressured into anything.
