Very easy to work with! Unfortunately our existing auto was involved in a collision, and was totaled. We quickly narrowed down the replacement choice to either a Honda CR-V o Unfortunately our existing auto was involved in a collision, and was totaled. We quickly narrowed down the replacement choice to either a Honda CR-V or Toyota RAV4. When we arrived at Fred Anderson, Andre came out to help and allowed us to test drive. Andre was extremely knowledgeable about the 2019 product, and walked us through all the safety and convenience features. After driving both the Honda and Toyota, we decided on the Toyota because of new the dash configuration, and updated engine and automatic transmission. Next was the price negotiation , usually the worst thing about buying a car, but we were able to quickly arrive at an acceptable price after hours via text. That was easy! Delivery of the vehicle was painless, and met our time expectation. Once again, Andre walked us through all of the features, and set up our phone and Toyota remote connect accounts. If you want to work with knowledgeable and helpful sales person, we highly recommend Andre. More
