It was what I expected from dealership I wish that finance guy wasn’t pushing to sell stuff even though i was telling him no. Honest, excellent experience I recently purchased a Toyota Highlander from Andre at Fred Anderson Toyota. It was my first time purchasing a car on my own, but Andre and Pam made I recently purchased a Toyota Highlander from Andre at Fred Anderson Toyota. It was my first time purchasing a car on my own, but Andre and Pam made it a seamless process. Andre was honest and provided me a great deal without being pushy, which was not my experience at another local dealer. Pam walked me through the finance and paperwork process, and I didn't spend all day buying the car. I look forward to getting my car serviced at Fred Anderson because of how friendly the employees are and how nice the facility is. Overall, a five star experience! More

Great service Andre went out of his way to make sure all our needs (paperwork, repair, pickups, questions answered) were taken care of. Our new car had a Maufacture Andre went out of his way to make sure all our needs (paperwork, repair, pickups, questions answered) were taken care of. Our new car had a Maufacturer stress fracture in window and repair was immediately handled. As we live in Virgina we had to go home and come back and Andre got us to and from airport. We were well taken care of! More
