Alex is relaxed, helpful, not loud or pushy, and keeps negotiations simple and reasonable (and I am not a haggler, so good for me). Gives details on all the options for different cars, so easy to make decision. Alex also sold a GLA to my son a few months ago, his first new car purchase. And we both appreciated his good service. Also note this dealer has a LOT OF CARS to choose from, a huge amount of assets sitting in the parking lot! Even have the Maybach and vans. Dealership is great, everyone I met seemed very competent and friendly. Have not tried the service yet. More
